Views and location. All was fantastic.
Astonishing view over the lake. We really loved the balcony, it was lovely.
-
We greatly enjoyed service and views, the hotel has everything you need for a holiday. The room had a nice balcony.
-
The hotel is very beautiful and our room looking across the lake was very romantic and a wonderful location for proposing to my girlfriend.
I would only say perhaps a shower in the room would be a nice addition as currently there is only a bath. Also, the lights that hang down from the ceiling over the bath are in the way and a bit distracting from what is quite a nice room.

They upgraded us to a suite which had a lovely large balcony from where we could admire Lake Como The breakfast was all one could have hoped for with a great dining room
Rather too many coach tours

Stayed in a a drop dead gorgeous suite with a terrace!
The breakfast tables were not cleared fast enough for successive guests to sit down.

This hotel was the pearl of our trip. I was not aware of the beauty this hotel offered when I booked. The pictures offered on their site do not do them justice. The views are amazing from the lakeview rooms(Bellagio). The room size was excellent as were the balconies. Breakfast buffet was the best on our trip. The pool and area are private and inviting. To think I almost booked at the Hotel Oliveri for the same price would have been a great regret.
No complaints at this 4 star. Really, take advantage of the economy and live a little.

Location next door to Villa Carlotta; lake views; roof terrace bar & sun loungers; fairly close to steamer piers.
Football pitched sized dining room full of elderly persons!
-
Great location and views from the bar and restaurant-- close to ferries-- meals and restaurant service was tasty and efficient-- jr. Suite was very large
Balcony of suite was over busy, noisy road-- too loud to enjoy during the day. Long walk with luggage from ferry-- no service available ( even if you offer to pay). Hotel and restaurant were full and crowded-- pool was small and too full of people to even use-- busy time of the season.typical italian hotel-- wifi only in the lobby and very slow-- no coffe in room and no coffee service until 7 am in the restaurant

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Parking was some times a problem.
-
Not worth the rate. Classical tourist rip-off.
The quality of the breakfast buffet is not acceptable. The restaurant is shabby.
-
Incredibly beautiful place!
Quite monotonous food in comparance with Turkey, Greece, Tunisia
-
Car parking good. Staff helpful but hotel dominated by package holidaymakers on coach trips.
Food mass produced generally tasteless and of poor quality suited to 2/3 Star Hotel .Definitely below par for a 4 star Hotel. Next to busy main road with constant traffic noise.
-
View if lake and large outdoor loggias
Indifferent staff non functional and expensive wi fi large tour groups
-
The location, rooftop view was amazing, furnishings in room, restaurant and lobby were nice
-
The views from the sun terrace.
I did not like the restaurant menu as it only gave a choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses which is very poor for a 4 star hotel. I did not like that they closed off the sun terrace on the sunday because of a private function and did not inform us. I did not like that we couldn't have a shower in our room. I did not like the noise above our room.
